MAPLE SHADE'S 38^TH ANNUAL SIDEWALK SALE & FESTIVAL

APPLICATION PROCEDURES & TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Date:               Saturday, September 11, 2010             Time:     9am to 3pm

*Rain Date:    Saturday, September 18, 2010             Time:     9am to 3pm

Location:        Main Street between Fellowship Rd and Coles Ave

Spaces:          10' x 10' outdoors. Participants may purchase adjoining spaces if requested.         

                          Participants must provide all supplies including table, chairs, etc.                                                                  

Fees:                $50.00 (prior to August 15, 2010) per space

                          $75.00 (after August 16, 2010 per space

*    In case of inclement weather, the alternate date is Saturday, September 18, 2010 9am-3pm.

• Early registration is due by August 15, 2010
• Registration deadline is August 28, 2010. Applications arriving after the deadline will not be accepted.
• No entry will be considered without application, and registration fee.
• Acceptance confirmation postcards will be mailed.
• Rejections will be refunded full payment.
• Only those items listed on the application will be permitted. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse unacceptable items for display or sale.
• The event organizers reserve the right to decline, prohibit or remove any exhibit which is deemed out of keeping with the character of the Event, including persons, things, products, service, printed material, conduct, alcohol, smoke, noise, etc.
• Food can only be sold by Maple Shade Food establishments or Maple Shade non-profit organizations.
• Set up will begin at 7am through 8:45am. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 8:45am. No vehicles will be permitted before set-up time or once event has started.
• No early pack up allowed. Breakdown is after 3 pm and you are responsible for cleaning up your space. Main Street reopens to traffic at 4 pm - all vendors and merchandise must be removed by 4 pm. Non-compliance will forfeit future acceptance.
• Sales tax is the responsibility of the vendor.
• You will be notified 10 days prior to event with your space number.
• Information packets will be mailed closer to date with permits, parking and set-up information.
• There are no guarantees of space locations.
• There are no requests or guarantees of product exclusivity.
